ADNOC Distribution Agrees $1 Billion Acquisition of Shell’s South Africa Downstream Business

Abu Dhabi-listed ADNOC Distribution has signed a deal to acquire Shell’s entire downstream business in South Africa, including 580 fuel stations and wholesale, aviation and lubricants operations, expanding the company into its fourth major market.
