Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, chaired an Executive Council meeting approving an integrated urban development strategy covering six main centres and forty-two sub-centres, projected to increase regional property values by twenty billion dirhams by two thousand forty.
