Dubai Establishes Artificial Intelligence and Data Authority to Unify National Digital Strategy

The UAE government has created a new Artificial Intelligence and Data Authority by merging several existing digital and AI-related offices under a single national body. Led by Omar Sultan Al Olama, the authority will set AI standards, coordinate data policy and advance what officials describe as a government model powered by advanced digital systems.
