Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority will open a five-kilometre Emirates Road expansion adding two lanes toward Wadi Al Amardi, raising capacity from twelve thousand to sixteen thousand vehicles per hour and reducing peak travel times by up to twenty-five percent.
