Dubai’s luxury property market posted a sharp rise in high-value transactions, particularly in Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. The Dubai Land Department says demand is being driven by ultra-high-net-worth buyers and continued interest linked to long-term residency incentives such as the Golden Visa programme.
