Emaar Unveils Dh200 Billion Dubai Masterplan for Nearly 150,000 Residents

Emaar Properties has announced a 4.5 million-square-meter development designed to accommodate almost 150,000 people, featuring residential towers, luxury villas, offices and cultural spaces in one of Dubai’s largest new urban projects.
