New UAE Civil Code Strengthens Good-Faith Rules for Commercial Negotiations

Federal Decree-Law Number 25 of 2025 has introduced a duty to negotiate in good faith and other reforms designed to increase transparency and legal certainty during the pre-contractual stages of real estate and commercial agreements.
