UAE Crypto Regulator Grants New License While Sanctioning Exchange Over Iran Links

Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority has granted a broker-dealer license to ARP Digital while sanctioning the Shelbit exchange over alleged money-laundering violations and links to Iranian financial networks.
