UAE Introduces Minimum Excise Price for Electronic Smoking Liquids

The Ministry of Finance set a minimum excise price of one dirham per millilitre for e-cigarette and vaping liquids from September 1, 2026, as part of efforts to standardize taxation and strengthen compliance.
