Dubai Women's Renaissance Society Honors Volunteers and Collaborators

Recognizing Excellence in Volunteerism for 2024
In a celebration of dedication and community spirit, the Dubai Women's Renaissance Society recently hosted an appreciation event for its volunteers and collaborators at the serene Al Mamzar Park chalets.

The event, orchestrated by the society's Volunteer Office, served as a platform to honor the invaluable contributions made by volunteers in 2024, underlining Dubai's commitment to fostering a culture of volunteerism.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed guests including the manager of the President's Office, Mona Al Suwaidi, head of the Volunteer Office, and representatives from various branches and collaborating departments, along with a distinguished group of active volunteers within the society.

A warm welcome from the Volunteer Office set the tone for the evening, appreciating the dedicated volunteers and thanking the society's departments and branches for their unwavering support that has been pivotal in the success of multiple volunteer programs and activities.

Aligned with the society's strategic goal to promote the culture and practices of volunteer work, the event recognized the 'Sheikha Latifa Award for Children's Creativity' for attracting the highest number of volunteers in 2024 and the 'Art Events Management' for organizing the most events over the year.

Furthermore, individual accolades were bestowed upon volunteer trainers and active volunteers who contributed the highest number of volunteer hours.

By celebrating these achievements, the Volunteer Office emphasizes the importance of volunteerism in building a cohesive and supportive community, encouraging sustained engagement and contribution.

The event further included engaging activities and prize distributions among volunteers, highlighting the society's commitment to nurturing a spirit of collaboration and continuous service to the community.
