Expat's Fatal Fall from High-Rise in Sharjah Under Investigation

Sharjah, UAE – A 44-year-old Syrian expatriate, identified as M.A., died after falling from a high-rise building in the Al Taawun area of Sharjah on January 31. The incident took place around 11 PM, as reported by Sharjah Police on February 1.
Emergency services responded promptly to reports of the incident made by passers-by, who discovered the victim lying on the ground.
Police, Criminal Investigations Department (CID) officials, and national ambulance teams arrived at the scene to provide assistance.
Upon their arrival, responders found M.A. in a pool of blood and confirmed that he had sustained fatal injuries from the fall.
Despite the swift response, M.A. was declared deceased shortly after emergency teams arrived.
