UAE Intercepts Ballistic Missiles From Iran as Trade With Tehran Is Suspended Amid Strait of Hormuz Tensions

The United Arab Emirates said its air defenses intercepted ballistic missiles launched from Iran toward maritime navigation routes near the Strait of Hormuz, prompting authorities to suspend commercial trade and financial transactions with Tehran until further notice.
