Ajman Launches Strategic Knowledge Program for Senior Leadership

The newly established program aims to enhance the readiness of government leaders to adapt to future transformations and support sustainable development.
Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has approved the launch of the Strategic Knowledge Program for Senior Leadership in the Ajman Government, as per Decision No. (03) of 2025. This program is the first of its kind in the emirate and targets senior government leaders to enhance their preparedness for future transformations and ensure integration among government entities in line with the Ajman Vision 2030.

The program represents a pioneering knowledge hub designed to empower leaders to understand global changes and leverage the latest trends and technologies to enhance government performance.

It reflects the commitment of the Ajman Government to build a proactive and agile administration capable of effectively and efficiently addressing future challenges.

Offering 60 hours of knowledge spread over 15 days throughout the year, the program includes specialized knowledge sessions, interactive workshops, field visits to leading governmental entities, alongside lectures from local and international experts in strategic leadership, digital transformation, and the formulation of future government policies.

The Strategic Knowledge Program is founded on several core pillars aimed at supporting the evolution of government operations and enhancing the efficiency of senior leadership within the Ajman Government.

It focuses on preparing governmental work to match future changes by anticipating global opportunities and challenges, enabling leaders to formulate resilient and sustainable strategies.

Additionally, the program seeks to foster a collaborative and communicative environment among government leaders through an interactive knowledge platform that facilitates the exchange of experiences and enhances institutional integration.

It further emphasizes analyzing the current governmental landscape and exploring existing challenges to propose innovative solutions that support sustainable development, while also assisting in the design of future policies based on accurate knowledge and data.

Under the terms of the decision, the General Secretariat of the Executive Council is tasked with the overall supervision of the program's implementation, which includes preparing the general framework, coordinating with government entities and experts, and ensuring the achievement of desired goals.

The decision has empowered the Secretary-General of the Executive Council to issue the necessary directives and decisions to ensure the program is executed to the highest standards.

Dr. Saeed Saif Al Matrooshi, the Secretary-General of the Executive Council in Ajman, affirmed that the program serves as a pivotal component of Ajman's efforts to enhance a culture of proactivity and adaptation to global transformations, aligning with the eighth focus area of the Ajman Vision 2030, which emphasizes achieving government leadership through flexibility, innovation, efficiency, and results-oriented approaches.

He added that the program contributes to strengthening the capabilities of the government structure, developing policies and regulations that meet future demands, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of governmental services, and supporting performance-based financial management practices, reflecting the commitment of the Ajman Government to establish an advanced administrative model capable of facing challenges and seizing emerging opportunities.
