Dubai Crown Prince Visits Reserve Forces Command in Abu Dhabi to Review Readiness
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed affirms the pivotal role of reserve forces in national security and stability.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the United Arab Emirates, visited the Reserve Forces Command in Abu Dhabi to assess its readiness and achievements in enhancing the country's defense capabilities.
Accompanying him during the visit were Major General Sheikh Ahmed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, alongside several senior officers and officials.
During the visit, Sheikh Hamdan praised the high level of preparedness and competence exhibited by the reserve forces, emphasizing their crucial role in supporting the armed forces and maintaining security and stability in the nation.
He commended the dedication and efforts of the personnel in fulfilling their national duties.
In a post shared on the social media platform X, Sheikh Hamdan stated, 'I visited the Reserve Forces Command in Abu Dhabi and met with a group of officers and personnel from this unit.
We are proud of the level of readiness and high competence displayed by all service members, and we appreciate their contributions to strengthening the defense framework to ensure the security and stability of the country.'
He further expressed, 'The loyal sons of the UAE are prepared to answer the call of duty in various roles of responsibility, ensuring that our country remains a haven of security, stability, and prosperity.'
At the conclusion of his visit, Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum expressed his pride in this leading institution, wishing for its continued progress in serving the nation under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
