The General Command of Dubai Police has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) aimed at simplifying procedures associated with shared services.
The agreement reflects the commitment of both parties to foster collaboration and improve the workflow between them.
The MoU was signed by Major General Abdullah Khadem Al-Masoum, Director of Bur Dubai Police Station, and Ahmed Hassan Mahboob, Executive Director of the Licensing Agency at the RTA.

Major General Abdullah Khadem emphasized that this agreement aligns with the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the General Commander of Dubai Police, aimed at enhancing service levels and simplifying processes for clients, in accordance with government trends.
The memorandum seeks to govern the complaint management system and develop work mechanisms to achieve the strategic goal of making Dubai a safe and resilient city.
Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will collaborate on the process of registering cameras within public transport and its facilities, as well as establishing centralized coordination and communication mechanisms between the RTA and Dubai Police.
