Dubai Promotes Real Estate Opportunities at APEX in Miami

Dawood Land and Property Department partners with MIE Events to enhance Dubai's global investment appeal.
The Dubai Land Department has signed a partnership agreement with MIE Events to bolster Dubai's presence at the APEX international exhibition in Miami.

This collaboration aims to expand access to key stakeholders in the global real estate sector, supporting the attraction of foreign direct investment into Dubai through official regulatory and institutional frameworks that underscore the emirate's appeal as a global real estate investment hub.

The agreement was concluded between Majid Al-Marri, the Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Dubai Land Department, and Wang Hailin, the Director of MIE Events.

According to the Land Department, the collaboration encompasses several key components designed to strengthen the shared objectives of both parties.

The Dubai Land Department will promote the emirate's real estate sector as a leading global investment destination, highlighting available opportunities and market attractiveness.

Additionally, it will coordinate with investors and property developers to ensure a seamless process for official transactions related to registration and permit issuance.

On its part, MIE Events will organize events and workshops both domestically and internationally to outline the investment advantages of Dubai's real estate market, and will support local property developers' participation in the APEX exhibition by providing suitable platforms to showcase their projects.

Al-Marri remarked that the agreement is part of ongoing efforts by the department to solidify Dubai's position as a global center for real estate investment.

He noted that strengthening partnerships with local and international stakeholders represents a strategic step towards attracting foreign investments, enhancing sustainable growth within the sector, and creating a stimulating environment based on transparency and innovation.

Wang added that the partnership with the Dubai Land Department at APEX 2025 is a strategic milestone in their shared vision of connecting global real estate markets, emphasizing the strength and sustainability of Dubai's real estate ecosystem and its growing influence in the international investment landscape.
