The Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club is set to host its rescheduled seventh race this evening at 5 PM, featuring a total of nine races.
This event includes 135 horses categorized by balance, local breeding, and novice status, competing for a combined prize purse of 510,000 AED.
The evening's festivities commence with the first race of thoroughbreds aged four and older, covering a distance of 2000 meters.
Notable contenders for this race include strong favorites such as "AF Atab" and "AF Al Hazim", as well as "Nasreen Al Wathba".
In the second race, also designated for thoroughbreds aged four and older over the same 2000-meter distance, horse "AF Makhrij" is anticipated to vie for the lead.
However, it will face stiff competition from other competitors like "Rajeh", "Sabir", and "Izdihar".
The third race features novice horses aged four and older, running over 1800 meters, with 15 horses participating.
Among the contenders, "Wahaj" stands out as a potential victor, alongside colt "Softer Al Mori" and "Dhama Dream".
The fourth race attracts local production novice horses in the first category, also for ages four and above, covering a distance of 1400 meters.
Horse "AF Qima" is expected to draw attention as a potential winner, facing competition from mare "Barari Al Wathba" and "AF Miaad".
The fifth race, designated for local production novice horses in the second category aged four and older, also spans 1400 meters.
During this race, horse "Rasikh Al Wathba" aims for the front, although it must first navigate challenges posed by strong competitors such as "Nashmi Al Hasn" and "Rofan".
The sixth race resumes with thoroughbreds aged four and older competing over 1400 meters, featuring strong candidates such as "Jab Malawih", "Mnihiza Adhaba", and "Amar".
The seventh race caters to novice horses in the first category aged four and up, racing at a shorter distance of 1000 meters, with colt "Al Mundif" looking to seize the lead against challengers like "AF Yartad" and "Raneem".
The eighth race continues with novice horses aged four and older competing over 1000 meters.
Filly "AF Taado" aspires for victory but faces challenges from other competitors eager for the title, including colt "ES Mazen" and "Farah Binouna".
