A yellow alert was activated for the northeast regions of the UAE, extending until 8 PM, due to the development of convective clouds.

Residents were also cautioned to avoid areas prone to flash flooding and the accumulation of standing water.

Forecasts from the NCM indicated the likelihood of continued rain on Monday, suggesting further disruptions may occur.
