The first leg of this semi-final encounter ended in a 3-3 draw in Barcelona the previous Wednesday.
In the second leg, Lautaro Martínez opened the scoring for Inter in the 21st minute.
Just before halftime, Hakan Çalhanoğlu doubled Inter's lead with a penalty goal.
Barcelona responded in the 54th minute when Eric Garcia narrowed the gap.

Raphinha completed Barcelona's comeback with a powerful strike in the 88th minute, putting Barcelona ahead for the first time.
