Saeed Al Mazrouei Wins 160 km Endurance Challenge at Windsor Festival
Emirati riders achieve top positions in prestigious endurance racing event held at Windsor Castle.
Emirati riders showcased their endurance racing prowess at the Windsor Endurance Festival, held on the grounds of Windsor Castle in the United Kingdom.
Saeed Al Mazrouei secured the top position in the 160 km race, riding 'Pulio Quasilo' from the MRM stables.
The race's second place was claimed by rider Saeed Al Khiyari, who rode 'Dragon Filly' from M7 stables, while Bahraini rider Fahd Al Khatri took third place aboard 'Fizz Fugoli'.
In the 120 km race, Bahraini rider Saud Mubarak led the field, riding 'Geronimo de Seviter'.
Emirati riders dominated the following ranks, with Ahmed Abdulrahman finishing second riding 'SW Lilac' from M7 stables, and Isa Al Mazrouei in third place on 'SW Encarint', also from M7 stables.
Musab Balqesi rounded out the top four, riding 'Histifil Valois' from F3 stables.
The Emirati contingent also excelled in the 100 km race, securing positions from second to fourth.
Rashid Al Bloushi finished in second place riding 'Durkan de Vignoles' from F3 stables, while female rider Manal Al Bloushi took third place on 'Pulio Charles' from MRM stables.
The fourth spot was claimed by Saeed Al Bloushi riding 'SM Esperanza'.
The winner of this category was French rider Leo Vandic Erikoff, aboard 'Palkan Peliska' from F3 stables.
This competition is a key highlight of the Royal Windsor Horse Show and is recognized as one of the most significant endurance racing events globally.
It operates under the auspices of the International Equestrian Federation and includes three categories: CEI3, CEI2, and CEI1.
The CEI3 spans a challenging distance of 160 km, while the other two categories cover 120 km and 100 km respectively.
