Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, met with Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, in Abu Dhabi.
The meeting, which took place today, centered on enhancing bilateral relations between the UAE and Iran, with a focus on mutually beneficial interests.
The two officials reviewed the latest regional and international developments, exchanging perspectives on various topics affecting both nations and the wider region.
In addition, they addressed the ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran, underscoring the significance of these discussions in promoting regional security and stability, as well as maintaining international peace and security.
The meeting was attended by Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State, and Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, highlighting the importance of institutional representation in these diplomatic discussions.
