Jordan and the United Arab Emirates have resumed joint humanitarian airdrops over Gaza, delivering 25 tonnes of food and essential supplies amid a tactical pause in Israeli military operations.

The coordinated airlift, confirmed by both governments and the Israel Defense Forces, marks the first such operation in months, targeting malnutrition and severe shortages reported by the World Health Organization.

Officials say 28 aid packages were dropped to civilians in urgent need, as Gaza faces an escalating hunger crisis.
