Emirates introduces 'Emirates Fast Cargo Services' to enhance efficiency and reliability in the growing logistics market.
Emirates Airlines has announced the launch of 'Emirates Fast Cargo Services', aiming to establish a leading position in the rapidly growing cargo sector.
This initiative leverages the airline's extensive fleet, expansive destination network, and nearly four decades of expertise in transporting passengers and goods worldwide.
In a statement released recently, the airline indicated that 'Emirates Fast Cargo Services' successfully transported thousands of parcels over the past year from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
It has recorded an impressive average delivery time of less than 48 hours, positioning itself as a viable option primarily for businesses.
Badr Abass, Senior Vice President of Emirates' Cargo Division, remarked that 'Emirates Fast Cargo Services' represents a transformative shift in the manner of transporting parcels and goods globally, combining high standards of speed, reliability, and capacity.
He emphasized the initiative's commitment to innovating and adhering to Emirates' gold standard for reliability and excellence.
Abass also noted that 'Emirates Fast Cargo Services' is set to fundamentally shift the operations of cross-border parcel delivery, traditionally managed through a global model that often involves multiple stops before reaching their final destination.
This new service is designed to completely change that model.
Initially, 'Emirates Fast Cargo Services' will offer its services in seven markets, with plans to gradually expand its reach to additional markets.
