Israeli Military Strikes Underground Missile Facility in Western Iran
The Israeli Defense Forces target a site in Khorramabad reportedly housing missiles.
On Saturday, the Israeli military announced it had conducted an airstrike on an underground facility located in Khorramabad, western Iran, identified as housing surface-to-surface and cruise missiles.
Military spokesperson Idfren Devrin communicated to journalists that the targeted location is significant, noting that it had previously been showcased in promotional videos by the Iranian regime.
These videos were released earlier this year by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), indicating the facility's importance to Iran's missile capabilities.
This strike marks a continuation of the longstanding tension and military actions between Israel and Iran, particularly concerning regional security and missile proliferation.
