Médecins Sans Frontières Warns of Critical Shortage of Children's Medicines in Gaza
Medical organization highlights severe shortages due to blockade and restrictions on aid shipments.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has issued a warning regarding a critical shortage of anesthesia and antibiotics for children in the Gaza Strip, as the entry of medical supplies has been restricted and border crossings remain closed.
The organization reported that no humanitarian aid has entered Gaza for over a month, exacerbating the crisis in the region.
MSF teams have begun to ration the available medications in response to the deteriorating situation.
In light of these challenges, MSF has called on Israeli authorities to facilitate the broad and timely delivery of humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
