Sharjah Crown Prince Honors Teams Responding to Hamriyah Port Fire
Recognition given to national teams for their effective response to the maritime incident.
His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, emphasized the high preparedness and exceptional capabilities of national teams in responding to crises during a meeting with senior officials involved in tackling the recent fire at Hamriyah Port.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ports, Customs, and Free Zones Authority.
Sheikh Sultan conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to all personnel who participated in managing the fire.
He expressed gratitude for their diligent efforts in ensuring no loss of life occurred and for achieving full control of the blaze in a timely manner.
The Crown Prince noted that such incidents highlight the integration among national teams and the solidarity of state institutions, commending the plans and strategies in place that reflect the leadership's commitment to achieving maximum readiness and swift response to emergencies.
During the meeting, Sheikh Sultan honored the organizations involved in the fire response, voicing deep appreciation for the diverse roles played by all contributors.
