Dubai Police Chief Receives Master's Thesis on Digital Drug Threats
Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, has received a Master's thesis in Police Sciences, specializing in criminal research, from First Lieutenant Rawda Hamdan Al Raisi.
The thesis is titled ‘Security and Legislative Response to Digital Drugs to Mitigate Their Impact on Individuals and Society.’
In a formal ceremony, Major General Al Marri congratulated First Lieutenant Al Raisi, emphasizing Dubai Police's commitment to the systematic development of its personnel.
This approach aligns with the strategic plan of the Dubai Police General Command, focused on comprehensive training and development.
The thesis addresses the security and legislative responses to the challenges posed by digital drugs, aiming to limit their effects on individuals and society.
