Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates as well as the Ruler of Dubai, acknowledged the exemplary service of Yousef Mohammed Abdullah, an employee at the Customer Service Centre for Vehicle Inspection and Registration located in Al Qusais.
